This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1004 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Women Lawyers Association, Madras High Court, Chennai - 600 104, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.

4. On payment of cost and production of proof thereof, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.

5.This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
