This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal passed in W.P.No.8329 of 2015 on 13.12.2022

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 01.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the writ petition to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.09.2021. Even, when the matter was called on 15.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was dismissed for default on 15.09.2021. Thereafter, a petition to restore the dismissal order dated 15.09.2021 was filed in W.M.P.No.26724 of 2021 and in order to give one more chance, the same was ordered and the writ petition was restored to file. Again, when the matter was called on 08.12.2022, there was no representation of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition was again directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.12.2022. vsi petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on the same day.

3. Now, the present miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 13.12.2022. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting and it also shows the lethargic attitude of the petitioner to drag on the proceedings. Hence, this Court is not inclined in entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
