C.M.P.Nos.27621 and 27622 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.2954 of 2021 K.RAJASEKAR,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed, (i) to declare the petitioners as major and (ii) to discharge the guardianship entrusted for Praveenraj and Subashri Priya and permit them to contest the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and having regard to the fact that the petitioners are become major, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
