This petition is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Ravindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.Gopinath Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as there is no serious objections from the respondents, the delay of 89 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
