Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant in CSR. No.638 of 2024, the respondent police enquired the petitioner. He would further submit that, no case is registered as against the petitioner, as on date.
