ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order passed by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in the bail order, the petitioner has complied the condition that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police at 10 a.m from 26.07.2019 for one month and during the said period the respondent has asked the petitioner to wait till lunch hours and thereby caused harassment.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that only in pursuance of the order passed by the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai for complying the condition, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police, during that period, he was not subjected to any harassment. Therefore, he prayed to dismiss this petition.
4. Considering the fact that already the petitioner has complied the condition for one month as per the orders passed by the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai. Now, there is no necessity for the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and hence there is no question of harassment.
