ORDER
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has received substantial portion of the refund and that the Petitioner may be given liberty to workout the remedy insofar as the balance amount which has not been paid along with interest.
2. A memo dated 23.02.2026 to that effect has also been filed which is taken on record.
3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue alternate remedy for the balance amount and the interest thereon. No costs.
