Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order of the 2nd respondent passed in Oo.Mu.No.9453/E4/2018 dated 27.05.2019 and consequential the 3rd respondent passed order in Oo.Mu.No.1852/A1/2019 dated 06.06.2019 and quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Watchman w.e.f 02.07.2018 based on the proposal by the 4th respondent dated 10.07.2018, with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 09.11.2020 to withdraw this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission made and letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
