After filing counter by the learned Senior Panel Counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is dead. 2.Though the petitioner died on 03.01.2024 itself, till date steps have not been taken to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner on record. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
