This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13315 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.8962 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11573 of 2022 on 01.09.2022 to report before the respondent police Station once in a week., i.e on every Monday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m for a period of three months.
