Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court on certain conditions. Subsequently, the same was cancelled as the petitioner had not complied with the conditions imposed upon him. He further submitted that the Trial Court had issued NBW against the petitioner and subsequently, the petitioner was arrested, hence the petition becomes infructuous.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
