This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17076 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24553 of 2022 on 14.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail, till the filing of the charge sheet.
