Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to restore the land on which the building was constructed and demolished, situated at Door No.16, Athappa Gounden Pudur Road, Irugur and to pay a compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- towards damages caused to petitioner building and articles and Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony suffered by the petitioner.

ORDER

(Made by R.Mahadevan,J) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority by way of filing representation and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
