This application has been filed to bring on record the respondents as 39 to 42nd defendants, who are the legal representatives of the deceased second plaintiff in C.S.No.877 of 2006.

2. Since the respondents are necessary parties to be brought on record, this application is allowed.

3. The applicants are directed to carry out amendment and file amended copy of the plaint on or before 12.03.2020 and post the suit on 12.03.2020.

4. Since, one of the legal representative is represented as the plaintiff and others have not joined, no notice is necessary to the newly impleaded parties.
