Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the petitioner name as Mani @ Ayyamperumal (A2), Settu @ Periyadurai (A3) instead of Mani (A2) and Settu (A3), and the same was ordered.
