PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 5th Respondent Resolution dated 29.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently forebear the Respondents 1 to 4 from in any manner granting approval for the change of correspondent to Sri Vds Jain Higher Secondary School, Thiruvannamalai District.

The petitioner, who has passed away on 14.02.2024 was the erstwhile Managing Trustee and Correspondent of the Sri VDS Jain Higher Secondary School in Tiruvannamalai. He had filed this writ petition challenging a resolution dated 29.10.2023 that had sought his substitution with a different Managing Trustee and Correspondent, on the ground of a long absence of the petitioner from the school. The school will now take necessary consequent action in line with its trust deed and by-laws for appointment of a new Managing Trustee and Correspondent.

2.In light of the above narration, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. No costs.
