These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 274 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the original revision petitioner, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the original revision petitioner and to bring on record the petitioners herein as 2nd and 4th revision petitioners in the above CRP.No.4021 of 2017 pending disposal of the above CRP.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
