(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Sri.Adarsh Subramanian, counsel for petitioner, states that Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited is merged with DBS Bank India Limited through a Scheme of Amalgamation dated 25.11.2020 and hence, he seeks leave to amend the cause-title by replacing "Lakshmi Vilas Bank" with "DBS Bank India Limited".

2. Counsels for respondents have no objection.

3. Therefore, leave to amend as noted is granted. This W.M.P. is ordered.
