Today, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report for additional remuneration dated 04.03.2024 confirming execution of the warrant and the vehicle was seized from the custody of the respondents. Same is taken on record.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has spent about 2 days in New Delhi for seizing the vehicle from the custody of the respondents.

3. In view of the above, additional remuneration of Rs.45,000/- is ordered to the learned Advocate Commissioner. Since already Award has been passed, it is made clear disposal of the vehicle shall be subject to further orders of the jurisdictional Execution Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
