This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd & 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.09.2023 and 27.06.2023 respectively and restrain the respondents 4 to 6 from entering into the petitioner's peaceful possession without any due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing the respondents 1 to 3. 3.In view of the dispute regarding the enjoyment of the property, the representations dated 12.09.2023 and 27.06.2023 respectively have been made by the petitioner herein seeking protection from the private 2/5

respondents 4 to 6.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that based on the representations, both the parties were called and they have given undertaking that they will not disturb the peace of each other and settle the dispute through the civil Court.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the dispute regarding the property is now pending in SLP Diary no.24794 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

6.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) and based on the instructions received by him from the respondent police, this petition is closed.
