Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent-Taluk office pertaining to his certificate No.Pa.Mu.No.2301/ 2018/A2 dated 13.3.2018, and quash the same as unsustainable and consequently direct the respondent to delete the name of one Mr.Thangaraj (Class II Legal heir) from the above Legal heirship certificated No. Pa.Mu. No.2301/2018/A2 dated 13.3.2018 issued by the second respondent-Taluk office and issue a fresh legal heirship certificate, containing the names of 1st class legal heirs of 1) Mr.Prithvi Kannan 2) Ms. Pushpa relating to the death of Mr.Muthu Krishnan, who died on 13.07.2017. ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e., 23.03.2023 and 28.03.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 30.03.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e.,30.03.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
