When the matter is taken up, it is stated that the petitioner had filed a similar petition before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai with respect to Crime No.464 of 2023 registered by the Inspector of Police, V4-Rajamangalam Police Station, Chennai.

2. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

3. The Registry is directed to communicate this particular order to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai before 5.00 p.m.

4. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, even if any orders had been passed, should examine this particular order before signing the papers or before permitting sureties to be executed.
