ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.12176 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and directing Respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.355 of 2008 on the file of the Respondent Police, Inspector of Police, Team-IV, EDF-II CCB, Vepery, Chennai-600 007 and file additional report in C.C.No.1163 of 2023 pending disposal of the above C.C.1163 of 2023 on the file of this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with a liberty to file an appropriate application. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file an appropriate application in the manner known to law.
