ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2017 for payment of back wages, continuity of services and other consequential service benefits for the period of non-employment between 10.07.1997 and 22.09.2008.
2. Considering that the relief sought for in the writ petition is very limited with a direction seeking disposal/consideration of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2017 and dispose the same, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
