This Sub-Application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition No.1784 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20161 of 2020 dated 29.09.2023.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.No.20161 of 2020 dated 29.09.2023 has been complied and also submitted a compliance report vide Na.Ka.No.3938/A2/2019, dated 26.12.2024 to that effect.

4. The aforesaid compliance report dated 26.12.2024 has been taken on record by this Court and the same was acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
