The letter had been addressed by the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore in D.No.1577/2023, dated 29.08.2023, seeking further time to dispose of the Special S.C.No.37 of 2022 and informing that Spl.C.C.No.37 of 2022 had been disposed of by delivering judgment dated 28.08.2023.
