ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to alter the date of birth of the petitioner as 01.09.1996 instead of 29.07.1996 in the SSLC Certificate and Higher Secondary School Certificate respectively, based on birth Certificate and to issue new certificates showing her date of birth as 01.09.1996 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
