..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in C.No.16/C7-PS/2019 dated 03.11.2019 quash the same and directing the 2nd respondent to hand over the weapon namely SBBL A-11581 mark L/M-PRP-39-12 deposited on 29.10.2019 to the petitioner.

2. An order passed by the respondent dated 29.01.2020 in Na.Ka.No.16520/2019/C4, rejecting the renewal of gun license of the petitioner, has been produced by the Additional Government Pleader.
3. In view of the fact that the orders have been passed by the District Collector/District Magistrate, Dharmapuri, the petitioner has to workout his remedies as against the said order.
