The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 01.10.2019 seeking revision of property tax.

2. Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and confirms that the representation is still pending.

He states that the representation will be disposed by the third respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today after hearing the petitioner and inspecting the property, if necessary.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
