Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner participated in the interview and thereafter in the counseling. However, in the counseling, the petitioner was not able to go through the selection because by then the seats were filled up and the petitioner did not have the sufficient marks.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
