Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to act forthwith to release the rain water/storm water from the college premises of the petitioner along with the 2nd and 3rd respondents as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.31763/2024 dated 29.10.2024 by moving the mud barrier created at end point of the petitioner's premises, culvert and the bund and ensure the free flow of rain water from the petitioner's premises to Krishna water channel.
