..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to reimburse the petitioner medical claim of Rs. 2,15,860/- along with 9 percent interest on the basis of order passed by the 1st respondent dated 22.04.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to reimburse petitioner's medical claim of Rs.2,15,860/- along with 9% interest on the basis of order of 1st respondent dated 22.04.2021.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for 4th respondent would submit that petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed subject to the petitioner producing the original documents in support of their claim. To which, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the original documents have already been submitted to the 4th respondent.

3. In that view of the matter, it is open to the petitioner to submit the original documents or in case the petitioner is of the view that the original documents have already been submitted to the 4th respondent, petitioner shall provide the documentary evidence in support thereof. The above suggestion was agreed to by the learned counsel for respondents.

4. In view thereof, it is open to the petitioner to submit their supporting documents or documentary evidence to show that the original document have

already been submitted to the 4th respondent. If such documents are submitted by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date or receipt of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
