ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2023 and pass orders on the same.

2. When the matter was taken in the morning, there was no representation for the respondents and hence, the case was passed over and taken in the afternoon.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the third respondent to dispose of the representation within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent will consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner and sufficient time may be granted to dispose of the said representation.

5. In the light of the above submissions of the respective counsels, a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.

6. with the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
