ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking interference to the order of the 1st respondent dated 16.11.2022, with a consequential direction to consider the petitioner's Appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that a decision had been given in the Appeal by the 1st respondent on 13.02.2023. The learned counsel has also made the following endorsement to that effect. "Nothing remains to be adjudicated, since R1 has passed an order dated 13.02.2023."
