This application has been filed by the 3rd appellant herein to condone the delay of 192 days in filing of the applications in CMP Sr.Nos.86625 to 86627 of 2021 in the main appeal in C.M.A. No.2965 of 2014.

2.There is no objection raised from the side of the respondent's counsel.

3.Heard, the learned counsel for both sides and perused the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 192 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the applications if it is otherwise in order.

6. Post the matter on 10.01.2023.
