ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2022 and to pass orders.
2. As against the issuance of patta in the name of the fourth and fifth respondents by the Tahsildar concerned, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 12.10.2022 to the respondents especially the second respondent. In order to consider the same, she has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Ms.L.Aishwarya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
4. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fourth and fifth respondents is hereby dispensed with.

respondents would submit that the said representation by way of appeal made to the second respondent i.e., Revenue Divisional Officer would be considered and decided on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation/appeal filed by the petitioner dated 12.10.2022 and after enquiry pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, of-course after giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
