This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the Revision Case against the order dated 06.07.2022 passed in CMP 1728/2022 by the Judicial Magistrate -II, Ponneri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
