This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21944 of 2022 dated 22.12.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
