This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21492 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 to report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21492 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on the first working day of every month at 10.00a.m., and also before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
