This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23454 of 2024 by order dated 25.09.2024.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
