Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the respondent proceeded to pass assessment orders and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to challenge the assessment orders and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, 2/4
granting to liberty to the petitioner to challenge the assessment orders, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
