The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that there was a money dispute between the parties and after registration of FIR, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, the FIR itself closed as further action dropped and the closure report also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 30.01.2023.

Recording the above submission, all the Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
