ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.1390 of 2019 dated 30.10.2019 registered under Section 75(1)(c) of TN City Police at 1988, Section 406 and 506(2) IPC on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.890 of 2022.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as
