This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16412 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21582 of 2022 on 03.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the final report.
