This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13965 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13243 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the Trial Court.
