Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus directing the fourth respondent to call for the records pertaining to a impugned order bearing IA No.1817 of 2024 in SA No.497 of 2024 dated 17.9.2024 and subsequently allow the petitioner to pay the loan amount as per letter dated 9.8.2024 issued by the second respondent. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, Ms.Varsha sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition with liberty to lodge a claim upon respondent No.3 to settle the loan of respondent No.2.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner may take such

steps as advised in accordance with law to claim any amount from the insurance company. We, however, clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits of such a claim, if lodged.
