ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Alandur against the third respondent in C.C.No.117/2017.

2. Considering the fact that the bailable warrant is pending against the third respondent/accused from 16.04.2018, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to execute the said warrant, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
