Crl.M.P.No.18515 of 2023 in Crl.RC.SR.No.53565 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed seeking to substitute Mr.K.Karthikeyan S/o.

Mr.Kaliyaperumal as the petitioner since his father Mr.S.Kaliyaperumal, who is the original petition died on 30.05.2023 at Government Medical College Hospital, Ariyalur.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner produced the legal heir certificate dated 13.07.2023, from which it is seen that the said Karthikeyan is the legal heir along with his mother and two sisters.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not disputed the legal heir certificate and confirms that the said karthikeyan is the son of the original petitioner Mr.Kaliyaperumal.

4.In view of the same, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
