Since the application submitted by the writ petitioner seeking regularization was rejected and as of now, the scheme for regularization is not in force, the unauthorized constructions are to be removed by following the procedures. Thus, the respondents are directed to initiate all appropriate actions to remove the unauthorized constructions by following the

procedures as contemplated under the Statutes and Rules in force. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
