This petition is filed seeking to restore the petition in Crl.O.P.No.12199 of 2014 on the file of this Court, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 22.01.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent have no objection for the petition being restored to file.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and Crl.O.P.No.12199 of 2014 is restored to file.
